Knowledge Manager (Requirements Engineer) - Sr

Responsibilities

• Affirms alignment of processes and technology for enabling information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytic production.
• Utilizes centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems, and shapes workflow and processes.
• Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data, and formal production and taskings.
• Disseminates intelligence products across various networks and portals.
• Applies requirement management methodologies and best practices to assist in developing or reengineering processes to better align them with organizational mission needs and priorities.
• Acts as the intermediary between various J2 customers and the IT/KM Requirements Analyst to ensure that KM requirements are integrated into the overall requirement management cycle.
• Identifies organization customers and suppliers.
• Identifies key processes and documents as necessary.
• Designs, documents, and assesses new processes, and all related DoD and Intelligence Community policies.
• Plans for new processes, including related changes in technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of required experience.
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree required.
