About the role
The Army Navy Business Group is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM)/Information Management (IM) program analyst to support U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), Director of Fleet and Joint Training Directorate (N7) in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.
- Lead working groups and cross-functional teams.
- Leverage best practices and handle multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.
- Engage Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level in both written and oral formats.
- Conduct fleet training analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs, and solutions.
- Develop and manage a centralized SharePoint repository for all contract-related documents.
- Create and maintain databases or lists to track personnel rosters, skills, qualifications, and security clearances.
- Administer a system to track the completion of mandatory annual training for all contractor personnel.
- Provide training to new and existing contractor personnel on the organization’s KM processes, procedures, and tools.
- Analyze internal business practices and recommend workflow automation to improve efficiency for the finance and contractor management teams.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen with a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and 6 years of experience. 4 additional years in lieu of degree.
- Secret clearance.
- Three (3) years of experience with developing and managing SharePoint sites and applications.
- Three (3) years of experience at the Echelon II or higher-level staff or equivalent.
- Superior writing and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and closely with senior personnel.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Fleet training support requirements, including pre-deployment and sustainment.
- Familiarity with military command structure, missions, and organizational relationships.
- Familiarity with OFRP, FRTP, and FTC.
Skills
- Superior writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and closely with senior personnel.
Pay
Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
