Knowledge Analyst I
Are you passionate about organizing knowledge, improving processes, and using AI to transform the way work gets done? In this role, you will partner across the organization to build and maintain a centralized knowledge management system that supports our AI initiatives. By organizing critical business processes and documentation in SharePoint, you'll help improve efficiency, accelerate onboarding, reduce knowledge loss, and enable employees to quickly access the information and guidance they need. Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain internal documents, including policies, procedures, and other business content.
- Design and apply metadata, tagging, and classification standards to improve content searchability and usability.
- Assist others in moving documents from network drives and paper-based formats into cloud-based systems (SharePoint).
- Partner with business areas to review, clean up, update, fill gaps, and organize existing documents and content.
- Support the preparation of content for use in AI tools by ensuring structure, consistency, and completeness.
- Administer and support the organization’s record retention program.
- Monitor document quality and organization practices to support ongoing maintenance of the knowledge base.
- Use AI-assisted tools to help accelerate work.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and data teams to align document organization with broader data and AI efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, content management, records management, or a related field.
- Strong ability to organize and structure information in a clear, logical, and user-friendly manner.
- Experience managing documents and content within SharePoint environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with metadata management, tagging strategies, content classification, and information governance concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI-enabled tools and solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Service-oriented mindset focused on improving how employees access, use, and benefit from organizational information.
Pay
The hourly pay for this position is $32.75. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday-Friday, with a flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least four days in office each week. Employees beginning a new hybrid role will be expected to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period, which may be up to one year. Hybrid work arrangements are subject to change at any time based on business needs.
