Job Title: Intelligence Analyst I Duration: 3-4 month contract (possible extension) Schedule: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Location: Houston, TX About Airswift Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries. The role combines open-source intelligence, physical security awareness, qualitative and quantitative research, and communications during security or safety incidents. This position also supports information and knowledge management processes within a Global Security Operations Centre setting. Required Education Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or at least one year of experience working as an analyst in a government or corporate intelligence centre Required Experience Experience working as an analyst in a government or corporate intelligence centreExperience monitoring information sources for threats and incidents that may affect people, facilities, operations, and reputationExperience supporting response activities during security or safety incidents across an enterprise environmentExperience working in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required Required Skills Advanced writing and analytical skillsAbility to independently perform advanced qualitative and quantitative research and communicate findings to leadershipFamiliarity with physical security threats and trends in the United StatesFamiliarity with major geopolitical issuesIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and CoPilotAbility to function as an information gathering and communications hub during security or safety incidentsCapability to support information and knowledge management tools and processesAbility to support physical security access control monitoring and respond appropriately to alarms, breaches, malfunctions, and related events Preferred Qualifications Beginner to intermediate proficiency using video monitoring, access control, and alarm monitoring applications, preferably Lenel/OnGuardKnowledge of the oil and gas industryExperience using a traveller tracking systemExperience utilising geographic information system and data visualisation toolsIntermediate or higher proficiency in a language other than English
