• Strong technical fluency in Klaviyo — flows, segmentation, automation, optimization
• Experience with a fashion e-commerce brand or similar niche
• A strong creative and technical mind — equally comfortable writing copy and building backend logic
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, with the judgment to refine and QA the output
