Responsibilities
- Design and build two customizable templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: E-newsletter template, Stand-alone email template
- Create flexible, easy-to-update templates with customizable colors, buttons, icons, images, captions, and text fields
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to identify and gather the assets needed for each design, including banners, fonts, icons, and imagery
- Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver refined versions
- Modernize the look and feel of existing communications while maintaining brand consistency
- Holds hands-on experience building email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Has strong email design skills with an eye for layout, usability, and visual hierarchy
- Works independently with minimal direction as a self-starter
- Has excellent communication skills with a professional, responsive approach
- Experienced in presenting design concepts, taking feedback, and iterating on designs
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Teams
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
Requirements
