KITCHEN UTILITY LEAD (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Living is hiring immediate full-time Kitchen Utility Lead positions at Croasdaile Village, located at 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, NC 27705. The schedule is full-time, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with days varying. Fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Delivers quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
- Provides assignments and assistance to team members.
- Demonstrates proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance.
- Relieves shift supervisor in times of absence.
- Adjusts or covers schedules as needed during times of short staffing.
- Maintains set standards by conducting quality assurance surveys.
- Monitors and reports any equipment issues or shortages.
- Conducts customer and patient surveys.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
- Interacts with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age-based competencies.
Requirements
Four years of prior kitchen utility experience required.
