Pay

Base hourly rate: $17.95/hour. With tips, total pay is likely to range from $25–28/hour. All positions earn generous tips.

About the Role

Call Your Mother is a Jew-ish deli where Boca meets Brooklyn, grandma-level hospitality meets seriously good bagel sandwiches, and hard work meets face-melting vibes. • Build beautiful sandwiches that guests can't wait to eat
• Prep ingredients and set up stations for a smooth, successful service

Requirements

No bagel experience required. You'll do well with at least 1 year of experience washing dishes, using knives safely, following recipes, and crushing it in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The right attitude and a strong baseline matter more than a polished resume.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
