As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help build beautiful sandwiches, prep ingredients, maintain a clean kitchen, and contribute to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build beautiful sandwiches that guests can't wait to eat
• Prep ingredients and set up stations for a smooth, successful service
• Follow recipes and standards that make every bite consistently delicious
• Keep ticket times fast without sacrificing quality
• Work in a clean, organized, and food‑safe manner from open to close
• Keep the kitchen stocked and ready for whatever the rush brings
• Learn new stations and skills so every day stays fresh and interesting
• Adapt to menu changes, coaching, and always aim to get better
• Pitch in wherever your teammates need you most

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience washing dishes, wielding a knife safely, following recipes, and thriving in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
• The right attitude and a strong baseline of skills are valued over a polished resume
• Ability to see, hear, speak, read, and communicate effectively
• Capable of standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Skilled at safely operating equipment and tools with manual dexterity
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures
• Willing to occasionally work in confined spaces

Pay

Base hourly rate: $17.05/hour. With tips, total earnings are likely to range from $21‑23/hour.

Schedule

Morning shifts with weekend availability; evenings are free and night shifts are not required.
