Essential Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily kitchen operations across resort dining outlets.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to Omni standards and recipes.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing culinary team members.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and proper food storage procedures.
  • Absorb and minimize waste and control food costs.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Address operational challenges and assist in resolving guest concerns when needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
