- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDC) & Counselor Interns: provide daily interaction with clients through treatment planning, group therapy, educational workshops, and one-on-one counseling sessions; work closely with the therapeutic team to ensure that every client has the structure, tools, and encouragement necessary to succeed in recovery.

- Clinical Services Managers: oversee day-to-day clinical operations; coordinate staff efforts; ensure compliance with program standards; serve as a vital link between leadership and frontline clinical teams.
- Peer-to-Peer Specialists / Recovery Coaches: walk alongside clients in recovery, offering mentorship, encouragement, and practical guidance from the perspective of someone who has walked a similar path; bridge the gap between treatment and real-world recovery, helping clients build confidence and long-term support systems.
