Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule kitchen remodeling projects from initial sale through final installation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate with installers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm timelines, materials, and deliveries
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
• Manage project documentation including work orders, contracts, and change orders
• Order materials and monitor inventory to ensure timely availability for upcoming jobs
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, estimates, and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or a related administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar project management tools
• Experience in home remodeling, construction, or a trade industry is a plus
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Pay

This is an in-person position paying $20–$30 per hour.
