About the role
As a Maintenance Engineer at MGM Resorts, you will maintain and repair all equipment and assist in daily operations and activities. You’ll provide administrative and technical support as directed by department management, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and attractions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all equipment related to boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, and any machinery driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water, or other power sources
- Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on ride systems and auxiliary equipment
- Complete work orders
- Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Required to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience working in a similar resort setting (preferred)

Pay
The pay rate for this role is $32.43 per hour. This is a good faith estimate of the wage MGM reasonably expects to pay upon hire and does not fall below any applicable minimum wage. Overtime pay is provided in accordance with state requirements.
