About the role
The R+R Kitchen Food Service Coordinator (FSC) position at Road Ranger is part of the Camp Butler Rd. Road Ranger team. This role involves managing the company's proprietary food programs under the supervision of the Store Management Team. Key responsibilities include recording and calculating daily waste, adjusting build-to information, ordering supplies, counting and calculating inventory weekly, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation requirements, and preparing and directing team members.

Requirements
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- A friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader
- Enjoys engaging with customers, employees, vendors, and making a difference in someone’s day
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
