About the Role

Kitchen Team Members at Café Zupas enjoy a daytime set schedule with no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights. Every team member has a defined career path with eligibility for five raises in the first year and hundreds of leadership positions available for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby
• Manage an advanced dishwasher
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements

• Available to work at least three to five shifts per week
• Kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
