About the role
Join Carter Kitchen & Bath where you'll design based on customers' wants and needs, working directly with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Find sales opportunities
- Work with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Design interior spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.
- Secure the final sale
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
- Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced commercial multi family environment
- Strong math skills for quoting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
