Kitchen & Bath Designer

Our client is a local, family-owned business based outside Farmville, NC, serving surrounding communities since 2002. We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer for the Eastern NC region to help customers create their dream spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and expert guidance on cabinet styles, wood species, stain colors, and hardware choices
• Collaborate with customers to design functional kitchens and baths that align with their needs and budget
• Measure job sites via onsite visits and/or blueprint reading to generate accurate quotes
• Identify sales opportunities through phone calls, job site visits, and timely customer assistance
• Maintain professionalism and honesty in all interactions

Requirements

• Working knowledge of 20/20 design software and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proven experience designing and selling to contractors and homeowners
• Minimum of 2 years in cabinet design (preferred)
• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on organization, accuracy, and detail
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Self-motivated with a track record of completing projects on time

Pay

Salary plus commission.

Schedule

Full-time, in-person work location.
