About the role

As a Design Assistant, you will protect the designer’s time and extend the quality of the client experience. This role sits at the intersection of technical drawing support, project coordination, and front-facing client interaction. You will keep the design process moving without interruption—pulling specifications before they are needed, ordering materials on time, producing accurate drawings, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The details you manage directly affect the outcome the client sees.
