Kitchen and Bathroom Design Assistant

About the role

The Kitchen and Bathroom Design Assistant is responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the selection and coordination of materials and fixtures for kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen and bathroom spaces.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, providing detailed explanations of design choices and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and fixtures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom design.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom design trends and best practices.
• Experience with residential construction and renovation projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
