Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Buddy’s award-winning dough to specifications that consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Provide co-workers with the materials needed to produce a high-quality product quickly and efficiently for our Guests.
- Ensure the preparation of items is exactly to Buddy’s specifications.
Qualifications
- High energy, capable of keeping up with the pace of the restaurant and the team.
- Dependable team player with a successful record of work attendance.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to reach, lift, bend and carry heavy objects.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must adhere to Buddy’s uniform policy and standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and required to be used as required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Able to read food orders rung into the kitchen.
- Able to lift 40 pounds comfortably.
- Able to reach, lift, bend and carry heavy objects.
