Kitchen Assistant - York

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and assisting members with eating and cleanup
• Setting tables, setting up and serving trays, and pouring beverages
• Assisting during meal times, as needed, and visiting members in dining areas
• Cleaning up dining, dietary and day rooms before and after meal services
• Ensuring safe, responsible use of food preparation and service equipment, plus storage after use
• Sanitizing work spaces following meal preparation

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• One year's experience working specifically in a healthcare facility
