Kitchen Assistant

About the role

This will be a full-time, long-term contract role onsite in Bridgman, MI. You would report directly to our client manager and partner with the Food Service Manager. This role offers a great daytime schedule with an early end time, and weekends off.

Key Responsibilities

- Help with all daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing and overall kitchen sanitation. - Cross-trained to cover all kitchen positions, including prep cook, line cook, food service. - Transport food and supplies from material center and deliver onsite catering orders. - Develop friendly partnership with co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

- High School Graduate or Equivalent - Must be at least age 18 - We desire previous experience in a commercial kitchen - Must be efficient. - Be able to work early morning shifts - Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.

Pay

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22/hour to $24/hour.
