Job Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation and meal assembly
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and dishes
- Store, label, and rotate food properly (FIFO)
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the kitchen team during meal service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma preferred
- Kitchen or food service experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a team and follow directions
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Dependable and able to perform physical tasks
