Kitchen and Bath Sales & Design

Requirements

• Proven experience in high end, tasteful, kitchen and bathroom design
• Some construction knowledge
• Experience in remodeling sales
• Experience in construction for kitchens and bathrooms is a MUST
• Proficiency with CAD or design rendering software
• Comfort with AI tools and a genuine excitement about using them
• Strong communication skills
• Fast typer
• A driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to manage a high volume of leads without dropping the ball

Compensation

Base salary of $60k + commission ($70k-$100k/year). Offering direct profit share in the company for the right long-term candidate.
