Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales

About the role

Mudosi Kitchen and Bath, one of the North Jersey area’s prominent home remodeling and renovation companies, is seeking an experienced interior and kitchen/bathroom builder designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing kitchens and bathrooms to clients’ satisfaction and eager to collaborate with our designers and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative design projects for clients
• Meet with clients to listen to their design ideas
• Follow up on projects to ensure accurate and flawless execution
• Address client concerns as needed
• Compile and present data for other departments
• Work with internal and external resources to achieve results
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Measure and report on project performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in design, house renovation, remodeling, or the kitchen and bath industry
• Previous experience in interior design
• Experience in sales
• Familiarity with design software programs, preferably 2020 Design Software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong sales skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude
• Ability to relocate to Parsippany, NJ 07054 before starting work (required)

Pay

$57,045.00 – $65,115.00 per year

Schedule

Monday – Friday, with weekends as needed
