What You'll Be Doing
As our Kit Assembly Supervisor (Day shift), you'll play a critical role overseeing daily operations in the Kit Assembly / Clean Room, ensuring that efficiency goals and quality standards are met on a consistent basis. Establish work procedures and meet daily and weekly production goals. Maintain 5S standards to promote workplace organization and continuous improvement. Coordinate with the Planning department to prioritize production orders and ensure timely completion of work. Track and maintain production metrics: output, downtime and labor hours. Monitor production efficiency, ensuring products meet quality standards. Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs to drive operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, quality, GMP to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Directly supervise, coach, and mentor employees in the Kit Assembly area, fostering a high-performing team. Address employee relations, attendance, performance, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supervising a team of up to 25 employees.
Requirements
- Ability to work Day shift (8:00AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays or additional hours to meet business needs.
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience plus three years in a supervisory role.
