About the role

The Kiln & Ram Press Production Specialist is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and managing the workflow within the printing department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process from start to finish
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
• Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in press production or related field
• Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
