Kiln Operator - Night Shift

Job Overview

Starting Rate: $24.00 per hour plus 10% Shift Differential
Work Schedule: 5p-5a with half-day Wednesday, rotating every other weekend.
120 hours of paid vacation, prorated upon hire date

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic PC and tablet skills
Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
Forklift and pallet jack operation training
Ability to read and understand analytical instruments such as calipers
Reliable attendance record
English language proficiency

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Continuous exposure to hot and humid environments for extended periods
Frequent lifting of materials up to 80 pounds (team lift)
Extensive standing and walking
Exposure to loud noises and dusty conditions
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and operate machinery
