JOB SUMMARY
The Christ Fellowship Kids Ministry Assistant provides support and care across all aspects of the Children’s Ministry.
JOB DUTIES
- Selects and equips a volunteer team for their assigned roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
- Ensures midweek resources are prepared and distributed for the midweek experience.
- Supports weekend and midweek programming as directed.
- Contributes to Central Team initiative development and implementation as directed by and in cooperation with Central Kids Directors and team.
- Attends weekly staff meetings and Department meetings as directed.
- Serves as a PHASE expert.
EDUCATION
- A degree in progress; a focus in education/ministry is a plus.
- Experience in a kids’ ministry environment, either as staff or volunteer, for at least one year.
JOB SPECS
- Classification: Full-time, Hourly (non-exempt) position, including weekends and some weeknights.
- Reporting to: Kids Ministry Director
