About the role

The Little Gym is seeking fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are looking to make a difference in their community. Our trained instructors nurture happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

Responsibilities

• Nurture the confidence and skills of children through movement-based learning and imaginative play.
• Engage children in parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, and other programs.
• Organize and lead camps, Parents' Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
• Support the growth and development of children through a variety of activities and programs.

Requirements

• A passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
