Responsibilities

Inspire and Coach: Lead engaging and dynamic classes for kids (approximately 12 per week).

Connect with Families: Build relationships with parents and members, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Drive Sales: Utilize our lead generation and marketing strategies to increase sales and achieve center goals.

Support Operations: Assist with light administrative tasks, including inventory management and communication with prospects and members.

Requirements

• A passion for kids
• A growth mindset
• Experience with children/fitness (strongly preferred)
• An educational background in business, education, or a related field (plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, EpiPen

Qualifications

• Active participation in classes
• Physical demands: Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Aerobic activity and sustained physical exertion
• High energy and enthusiasm are a must!
