Physical Therapist, PT, Pediatric

About the role

No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient pediatric therapy team in Manhattan, Kansas. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through a collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve physical function and participation in daily activities.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover and continued progress at home.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Kansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete documentation within established timeframes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• One year of pediatric experience preferred, but pediatric clinical education experience may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
