Requirements 16+ years of ageEnjoy working with children and able to facilitate age-appropriate gamesFriendly, enthusiastic, patient, and honest characterFirst Aid, AED & Adult/Child/Infant CPR Certified – or willing to obtain certifications within 60 days of employmentPhysically fit – able to lift up to 30 lbs., run, sit, kneel, and stand for the duration of a shiftMentally alert – able to recognize safety concerns and have a basic understanding of youth development and children’s needs Basic Job Duties Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children Become familiar with Genesis Employee and Kids Club PoliciesProfessionally communicate with parents/guardians regarding their childrenAttend monthly training and team building meetingsProvide friendly customer service to our membersReport facility concerns to the supervisor promptlyRecord daily Kids Club usageRespectful and courteous interaction with our members and Genesis employeesKeep Genesis Kids Club center clean and picked up at all times and equipment sanitizedFacilitate age-appropriate games and activities to engage with children in our care at all times Benefits: Free childcare – bring your child(ren) to work with you!
