Kid's Club Supervisor

About the role

We bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across four Milwaukee-area locations. Our clubs are built around connection—where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Help promote a safe, fun, and engaging space for our youngest members.
• Bring warmth, patience, and enthusiasm to every interaction, ensuring kids and parents feel comfortable and cared for.
• Implement new activities and programs.
• Manage and lead a team of staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children and a positive attitude.
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
