Retail Part Time Team Leader
Core Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team schedules.
- Effectively supervises Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues in compliance with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM.
- Completes orders for store and office supplies in accordance with guidelines and budgetary constraints.
- Fulfills money handling procedures as directed by Sales Associates.
- Maintains an organized stockroom and merchandises available products on the shop floor to meet loss prevention targets.
- Assists the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation in line with store guidelines.
