Responsibilities

• Exhibiting consultative selling skills after completing our training program
• Performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Following up with customers to build lasting relationships and a strong client base
• Learning to overcome objections and guide customers confidently through the sales process
• Reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analysis

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends to maximize earning potential
• Great communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• A valid driver’s license
• A go-getter mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
