Kia Parts Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing automotive parts inventory
• Pull and deliver parts for technicians and service advisors
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with bin counts
• Absorb and deliver parts as needed
• Assist customers and technicians in locating the correct parts and accessories
• Process shipments, returns, and warranty parts as needed
• Learn dealership inventory systems and parts catalog software
• Support the Parts Manager with daily department operations
• Ensure the parts counter area is clean, organized, and professional
• Occasional pickup/delivery of parts

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive parts or related retail environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with parts and automotive terminology is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple duties
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
