Keyholder - Westchase Center Rack

About the role

As a Key Holder, you’ll support daily store operations, maximize sales, and maintain operational standards while delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves opening and closing routines, team leadership, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of employees to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful
• Lead by example, setting and exceeding personal and company goals while emphasizing customer service
• Train and mentor employees to deliver outstanding customer service
• Share product knowledge, including upcoming events, gift cards, rewards programs, and mailing lists
• Maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed

Requirements

• A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to identify customer needs and build solutions to meet expectations, including resolving issues
• Adaptability to new initiatives, concepts, and services within the store
• Proven success in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Basic proficiency with technology tools and computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel)

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including lifting above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds

Pay

$18.50 - $19.25 hourly.
