Keyholder - Hamilton Town Center Rack

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Key Holder who is committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. In this role, you’ll support daily store operations, maximize sales, and maintain operational standards while leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of employees to ensure operational tasks, procedures, and opening/closing routines are completed with the customer at the center of everything.
• Lead by example—set and exceed personal and company goals while emphasizing outstanding customer service.
• Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Share your passion for fashion and inform customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, the Nordstrom Rewards program, and our mailing list.
• Maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.

Requirements

• A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build solutions that exceed expectations, including resolving issues.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new initiatives, concepts, and services within the store.
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $18.05 - $18.75 (dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
