About the Role

Robert Graham, founded in 2001, is an American eclectic luxury men's and women's apparel brand. The Keyholder supports overall sales, staff, merchandise, and customer service in the store while promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand. This position ensures all internal and external customers receive exemplary service and a positive store/brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity targets.
• Support the development of associates' sales techniques, ensuring utilization of elevated sales and service levels to maximize sales.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise; ensure selling staff is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge with an ability to grow within the company.
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by actively engaging on the selling floor and collaborating with management to identify marketing opportunities.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop events/incentives that grow the customer base, with a focus on building the local market.
• Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service to achieve World Class Service standards.
• Maintain constant client communication through client books and databases.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Assist sales associates with customer service issues, such as dissatisfied customers, returns, or defective merchandise.
• Empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest while supporting the Company's philosophy.

Pay

Salary Range: $17.00–$24.00 per hour (base). This commission-eligible position includes a competitive total compensation package, which may also feature commission earnings, bonus opportunities, and Centric Brands-sponsored benefit programs. Offers are tailored within the range based on experience, industry knowledge, location, skills, and other relevant factors.
