Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Lead by example through strong selling skills and customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty. - Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment. - Operate the cash register, utilizing your product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance customer satisfaction. - Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including overseeing store operations and managing staff. - Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

- Prioritize experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance. - Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience. - Stay updated on fashion trends and be adaptable to various situations, environments, and job requirements. - Possess a keen interest in fashion and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
