Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through strong selling skills and exceptional customer service, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
- Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Assume responsibility for all store operations when the store manager is absent, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Prioritize experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay adaptable to changes in retail and fashion trends.
- Possess a keen interest in fashion and a commitment to staying updated on current trends.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the day.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment.
