Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through strong selling skills and exceptional customer service, ensuring the team delivers a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including handling store operations and managing staff.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Prioritize experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a comparable role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering a superior customer experience.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and adaptability to various situations, environments, and job requirements.
- Possess a keen interest in fashion and a commitment to enhancing the shopping experience.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the day.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, and retrieval poles.
