Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through exceptional selling skills and customer service, fostering a positive connection between customers and the brand.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing your product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including overseeing store operations.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Prior experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to various situations, environments, challenges, job duties, and work schedules.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and styles.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the day.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, and retrieval poles.
