Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through exceptional selling skills and customer service, ensuring the team delivers a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including overseeing store operations and managing staff.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of leading teams to success.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to various situations, environments, and job requirements.
- Fashion-forward and knowledgeable about current trends.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk during working hours.
- Lift and move merchandise, store fixtures, and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other tools.
