About the role
Torrid is an inclusive retailer celebrating every shape, size, and curve. As a Keyholder, you'll support the store management team and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with management, ensure store objectives and KPIs are met
- Lead by example with selling skills and customer service, fostering positive connections and loyalty
- Implement and maintain merchandise strategies, ensuring a clean, inviting, and engaging store environment
- Drive add-on sales through register functions and product knowledge
- Act as acting Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent
- Work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
Requirements
- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and situations
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to apply this knowledge effectively
- Physical requirements: standing, walking, packing/unpacking, moving store fixtures, handling merchandise, reaching with ladders, step stools, and poles
