Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate exceptional selling skills and customer service to set the standard for The Torrid Connection.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including overseeing store operations and managing staff.
Requirements
- Prioritize experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a comparable role.
- Possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of leading teams to success.
- Show adaptability and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and industry developments.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the day.
- Lift and move merchandise and store fixtures as needed.
- Reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment.
