About the role

A dynamic and inspirational Key Holder position supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the store. You will lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.

This role includes essential retail operations such as start and end-of-day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. It is ideal for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience seeking their first supervisory role and a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to model behaviors that drive inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Perform start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store (desirable).
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others (desirable).
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
