About the Role

As a Keyholder, you will be an integral part of MCM’s retail leadership team, responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service through advanced product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business. You will act as a liaison between the management team and sales associates, assisting with a wide range of functions, including maintaining a clientele book, merchandising the sales floor, and motivating employees to exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker with excellent customer service skills and at least two years of previous luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the store manager with the management and coordination of daily store operations.
  • Perform opening/closing duties, check in merchandise, and prepare and make deposits as needed.
  • Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing while adhering to cash protection procedures.
  • Engage in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members while setting and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, exercise discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including MS Office.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.

Pay

$21.00–$24.00 per hour.
