Responsibilities

• In partnership with management team, ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
• Sell and provide excellent customer service, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty
• Implement and maintain merchandise strategies, ensuring a clean, inviting, and consistent store environment
• Perform register functions, driving add-on sales and using product knowledge effectively
• Act as Acting Manager on Duty when store management is absent
• Work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends

Requirements

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets
• Flexibility to adapt to various situations and environments
• Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk during working hours
• Able to lift and move merchandise and packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment
